My Business Philosophy:My philosophy is simple, as John Wooden would say; "Be prepared and be honest."
Background:
- Moved to Abbotsford in 1985
- Spent a few years working in the construction industry and have owned a local business
- First licensed in 1985
- Studied new home construction at BCIT
- Graduated from the Urban Land Economics program at UBC
- Past director and president of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board
- Currently on the board of directors at the BC Real Estate Association

Hobbies and Interests:- Debbie and I enjoy traveling on our own or with our two teenaged children
- I have scuba dived on the Great Barrier Reef (90' below sea level) and hiked to Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal over (12,000' above sea level)
- I love food preferable great food
- Though I don't get out often I also enjoy fly fishing, hacking up the golf course and snowboarding with my children
